Does Flood Damage In A Bronx Property Mean Loss Of The Carpet?

Black-rated is a Category 3 biohazardous liquid. This type of water from storm damage enters the home as groundwater or is clean water that has remained in the property for over 48 hours. The potential to contain bacteria, sewage, and mold is likely, and protective equipment is necessary during the cleanup.
